Yes. The whole app experience lives on your phone, from recipes to guided workouts to gentle tracking.
Personalised Access gives you the app and your monthly plan. One on One Coaching adds a real person in your corner. Plenty of women choose to do both.
Not to start. There are guided workouts and beginner Pilates you can do at home with what you already have.
Both One on One Coaching and Personalised Access have a 3 month minimum term. It gives new habits enough time to actually settle in.
Your plan is a helpful guide, not a set of rules. There is no good food or bad food here, and nothing is off limits.
Let your coach know when you start. They will tailor things around you and keep it safe and sensible.
Yes. Members get our warm online community, and Lifestyle Reset Project rounds run inside the DJM Facebook group.
It runs a few times a year. Doors are closed for now, so pop your details on the waitlist and we will let you know the moment the next round opens.
Yes. After your minimum term you can change or cancel whenever you need to. Just get in touch and we will sort it out.
