General

  • How do I receive the program?

    Once you've purchased a membership and entered your details, you'll be redirected to the members area. From there, your program is ready and waiting for you to dive in.

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes. Your workouts and meal plans are updated regularly so you keep progressing, and you'll have ongoing support from our team the whole way through. Our memberships run on a minimum 3 month term, billed fortnightly, so you have enough time to actually build the habits that make this stick. After the minimum term, you can cancel any time.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Absolutely. Our programs are available to purchase and access from anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, you're part of the village.

  • Is the program the same every month?

    No. Every month brings something new, whether that's increasing your weights, new exercise variations, or adjustments to your nutrition as your body and life change. Progress needs a bit of a challenge, and we build that in for you.


Subscriptions

  • How do I cancel?

    Our memberships have a minimum 3 month term. Once you're past that, you can cancel any time by emailing support@djmfit.com with at least 7 days notice, so you're not charged again. Once your account is cancelled, your plans and support access will be removed.

  • Can I pause payment without canceling my account?

Meal plans

  • How can I adjust my dislikes list?

    Head to your profile tab in the members area, select "dietary preferences," then "ingredients I dislike." From there you can add or remove whatever doesn't work for you.

  • How do I swap meals?

    Click the meal you want to change, then select "swap" and follow the prompts. Easy.


Workout Plans

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    Yes, completely. Your workouts are built around your goals and where you're starting from. New to the gym? You'll get a program designed just for you, starting at a weight that feels right and building from there.

  • Can I do the workout plan at home?

    Yes. Just select "home only" on your setup form and we'll build your plan around a set of weights or dumbbells.

  • How do I swap workouts?

    Click the exercise you want to change, select the "swap" icon on the right, and follow the prompts.
