Round 4 · The last round of 2026

The Lifestyle
Reset Project

You know that feeling. Sunday night, staring down another Monday, telling yourself this time will be different. This time you will stick to it. Then Wednesday happens, or your kid gets sick, or life just gets loud, and you are back to starting again.

The Lifestyle Reset Project is not another Monday. It is eight weeks of building a life you do not need a break from, one honest habit at a time, with a coach in your corner and thousands of women doing it right alongside you.

You've got this, and we've got you.

What the Lifestyle Reset Project actually is

The Lifestyle Reset Project is DJM's eight week group program. It runs a few times a year, and Round 4 is the last one of 2026.

What this is

A real coach in your corner, checking in on you every fortnight
A meal plan and training program personalised to you, refreshed as you go
A buddy and a whole community of women moving through it with you
Built around your actual life, your actual time, wherever you are starting from

What this is not

Another rigid plan that expects your whole life to bend around it
Calorie counting, weighing food, or labelling meals good and bad
All or nothing Mondays that fall apart by Wednesday
A library of content with nobody actually watching how you are going

One habit at a time, stacked over eight weeks

You are never staring down eight changes on day one. Each week adds one habit on top of the last, until you look back and realise you are simply living differently.

Week 1 Mindset & Goals
Week 2 Nutrition
Week 3 Steps & Water
Week 4 Movement
Week 5 Sleep & Recovery
Week 6 Body Positivity
Week 7 Consistency
Week 8 Reflect & Repeat · Gain your wings

Small, realistic shifts that fit the life you already have.

What you will achieve

By the end of your reset,

you will feel like yourself again.

Energy that lasts

You will have energy that lasts the whole day, not just the first coffee. You will move through your life instead of dreading Mondays, feel steady instead of anxious about food, and actually enjoy movement instead of forcing it.

Proud, not critical

You will look in the mirror and feel proud of what your body can do, not critical of how it looks. You will sit down to eat without guilt, without second guessing every choice, without the mental noise that used to come with every meal.

Calm, capable, confident

You will feel calm, capable, and confident in your own skin. You will have the energy to actually show up, for your kids, your partner, your friends, and for yourself. You will know how to keep going when life gets messy, instead of falling apart and starting over.

Women who get it

You will have a community of women who understand exactly what you are going through, because they are going through it too. You will have habits that fit your real life, not ones you have to fight to keep.

Most of all, you will have built a life you do not need a break from. Not a program you finished. A version of yourself you actually want to keep being.

Our story

Why I built the Lifestyle Reset Project

In Danielle's own words.

I spent years in the fitness industry focused on the wrong thing. Shrinking bodies. Before and afters. I also spent years quietly fighting a binge eating disorder and bulimia, and eventually I stepped away from the industry altogether, because I could not keep selling something that had hurt me so badly.

When I came back, it was not for the industry. It was for me, about three to six months after having my daughter Bette. I was 130 kilos when I gave birth to her, and by the time I decided to reset, I was up to 116. I remember struggling to get up and down off the floor with her. I remember struggling to walk to and from the car with her in my arms. I just wanted to feel good in my body again.

Read the rest of Danielle's story +

I had lost every bit of motivation to look after myself, because deep in postpartum, the only thing that mattered was keeping Bette alive and well. I poured everything I had into her and left nothing for me. It took me a while to realise I could not keep pouring from an empty cup, that looking after myself was actually part of how I kept showing up for her, and for my partner Nathan too.

So I went looking for something that would help, and I could not find it. Everything out there was still about bodies and numbers, and for someone with my history, that is not motivating, it is dangerous. Numbers and restriction are exactly what send people like me into burnout.

I knew I needed to build a life I did not need a break from. So I built my own way through it, slowly, without starting over every Monday. I went from 116 kilos down to around 75. But the number was never the point, weight was something I barely even checked. It was simply what happened along the way while I focused on how I felt, in my body, in my movements, around food, in myself.

The Lifestyle Reset Project is that reset, turned into a program, with an incredible group of women helping me get the message across. Our dietitian helps you learn how to eat, not how to diet. We help you find movement that actually feels good. We help you protect sleep, even as a mother, even when that feels impossible some weeks.

One of my biggest beliefs, the one that runs through everything we build here, is that it is better to eat vegetables with cheese on them than not eat vegetables at all. It is better to move your body for five or ten minutes than not move at all. It is better to move through a hard week than to abandon everything and start again.

Danielle, beforeDanielle, now
45 kg down, and it's the least interesting part of my transformation.

I loved my body then, and I love my body now. Both are worthy, both are strong. This journey has never been about changing how I look, but reconnecting with how I feel in my body.

Danielle

“Thanks DJM for helping me on my journey to change my mentality around movement! With two kids in tow, let's go!”

New for Round 4

This round, I'm doing something different.
I'm joining you.

I'm walking alongside you through Round four, resetting and refocusing my own life postpartum. My goal isn't to bounce back, it's simply to feel better. To find my motivation again, to fill up my own cup, and to put myself first for a while. I want to remind myself that I deserve to look after myself, that I deserve to feel good, the same thing I want for every single one of you.

A more recent chapter

Photo, this chapter

There is a more recent part of my story I want to share honestly, because I think it matters.

In June 2026, we lost our daughter at 26 weeks. We delivered her sleeping, and we named her Maggie Jean.

I will not pretend the months since have been easy. Postpartum after loss comes with its own weight, and I have struggled with self care, self love, self acceptance, and my mental health in ways I was not fully prepared for, even after everything I have built here.

I am currently 10 weeks postpartum, and I have decided to join this round of the Lifestyle Reset Project myself. Not to bounce back, not to change how I look, but to reset. To find my way back to feeling like myself again, the same way I am asking you to.

My goals for this round

On nutrition

I'm focusing on realignment. Paying attention to how food actually makes me feel, increasing my fibre and protein through the day, and making sure I'm properly fuelling my body through whatever season of life I'm in.

On movement

My goal is to get back into running, and to keep my intentional walks throughout the week, for my mental health as much as anything else. I want to get to two Pilates sessions a week, and get back into weight training with three strength sessions per week.

On sleep

I want to build a better bedtime routine, actually winding down properly instead of falling into bed exhausted.

On mindset

I'm going to journal through this. My healing, my recovery, my body positivity. I carried two babies, and I want to work on accepting my body for everything it has done and everything it is, not just how it looks right now.

And on consistency

I'm working on the same thing I ask of you. Moving through life as it happens, rather than chasing all or nothing. Things are going to come up. I'm learning to keep going anyway.

If you are carrying something hard right now too, whatever it is, I want you to know there is a place for you here. This program was never built for women who have it all figured out. It was built for women in the middle of real life, doing their best with what they have got. You have got this, and we have got you.

Do this round with Danielle
Our philosophy

We measure progress in how you feel, not just how you look

No punishment. No restriction. No calorie counting, ever.

We work off a simple test. If you cannot see yourself doing a habit every single day for the rest of your life, we do not want you adding it in. Counting calories fails that test for almost everyone. So does any plan that only works when life goes perfectly.

Danielle's belief runs through the whole program. It is better to eat vegetables with cheese on them than not eat vegetables at all. It is better to move your body for five or ten minutes than not move at all. Progress is not found in perfect, it is found in moving through.

This is not a program just for mums, but it is made by a mother, with mothers in mind. Whatever season of life you are in, this is built to meet you where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

“A 20 minute workout is still a workout. It doesn't matter how you move, what matters is that you move! In so many ways I feel like this program has given me permission to be myself.”

In her own words

“Had the realisation this morning that I am slowly becoming the person I want to be.”

“While I know I’m the one putting in the work and showing up each day I truly believe this wouldn’t have happened (at least not as fast) without DJM and the LRP which has changed my day to day life, the way I show up and without a doubt altered my brain and how I think about eating and moving my body!

THANK YOU! (From me and I’m sure many others) Because your dream has become my saving grace.”

From day one

All eight habits are with you from the start. No waiting until week six for body positivity, or week eight to think about sleep.

One spotlight a week

Each week we build the foundations of one habit into your life, while the rest keep ticking along quietly in the background.

Small and stacked

Small, stacked, repeatable actions beat overhauling your whole life overnight. Nothing here should feel out of reach.

Week 1
Mindset and Goal Setting

We start here on purpose. Before anything else, we get clear on your mindset, your ideal life, the future version of you, your goals, your habits, your expectations, and what you actually want to achieve over the next eight weeks. A live workshop this week walks you through all of it.

Live workshop Goal setting session Ideal life workshop
Week 2
Nutrition

With your mindset and goals in place, week two is where we really hone in on nutrition, the foundation the rest of the eight weeks builds on. You will have a live nutrition workshop plus learning videos with our dietitian on how to build a plate that actually works for you.

Week 3
Steps and Water

Small, steady movement. This week is about getting your body moving through steps and making sure you are drinking enough water, two of the easiest wins to build real momentum on.

Week 4
Movement

Now we go deeper into movement itself, home or gym, whatever suits your life.

Week 5
Sleep and Recovery

As much as you can as a mother, or as anyone juggling a full life, this week is about protecting sleep and recovery, and why rest matters just as much as movement or food.

Week 6
Body Positivity

A live workshop and a week of small challenges inside the community, with prizes along the way, focused on how you see and speak to yourself.

Week 7
Consistency

Consistency is a habit in itself. This week is about pulling together everything you have built across the six weeks before it, and working on showing up for it, even when life gets in the way.

Week 8
Reflection and Repeat

This is where you gain your wings. We reflect on the last seven weeks and choose one habit to go back and focus on again, whichever one you found hardest. Our goal was never just eight weeks, it is teaching you a life you do not need a break from. This is you getting ready for what comes next.

Testimonials

Real women, eight real weeks

Some of these women lost weight along the way. We are not going to pretend that did not happen, and neither are they. But every single one of them will tell you it was the least interesting part of what changed.

Sandra, before & now

“Anyone thinking about joining this community, just do it. I'm fifty two and turning up at the gym four days a week, and my daughter joined at the same time as me, she's thriving too. My real bragging right is my nails, I used to bite them constantly, and I haven't touched them once since starting. I went from a size 18 to a size 14, but honestly, the nails are the part I'm proudest of.”

Sandra · Round 3 Mindset Reset winner
Stevie, Round 3 wrap-up
A Round 3 wrap-up, in her words

“Guys… we made it.”

“As we come to the end of this Lifestyle Reset Project, I just wanted to say a few things. Firstly… I am so unbelievably proud of every single one of you.

I have watched women show up on the hard days, celebrate the good days, lift each other up, be vulnerable and choose themselves over and over again. I’ve watched confidence grow, mindsets shift and lives genuinely change… including my own.

Read Stevie's full wrap-up +

It has been such an honour to be part of this community and I’m honestly a little emotional that it’s come to an end.

Secondly, to Danielle and the entire DJM team… Thank you. Through what was undoubtedly one of the toughest rounds personally for Danielle, you still showed up for every single one of us. You educated us, encouraged us, supported us, challenged us and reminded us that progress isn’t about perfection.

You’ve built something really special here. It isn’t just a fitness program, it’s a community where women feel safe enough to grow. I am so incredibly grateful to have been part of it.

And finally… my biggest takeaway. I came into this wanting to become healthier. I leave with something so much bigger.

After years of disordered eating, I can now structure and enjoy three balanced meals a day without guilt. That might sound simple to some people, but for me, it’s huge.

I’ve learnt that all food is good food. Food isn’t something to fear, it’s fuel. I deserve to nourish my body, not punish it. That mindset shift alone has changed me more than any number on the scales ever could.

There is honestly so much more I could say, but for now I’ll simply say… Thank you. To every woman who shared this journey, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. We did it.

This might be the end of the 8 weeks, but I have a feeling it’s only the beginning of the woman I’m becoming.”

Sarah
Sarah West
Member of the week · Round 3

“I joined LRP just after I had my second baby. I had never 100% focused on myself and how I was truly feeling and just wanted to do something just for me, that made me feel good. My biggest change over the past 7 weeks is my eating habits. I used to snack and just get takeaway when I couldn't be bothered cooking, now I make sure I have things prepared. The support from the DJM community has been amazing. It's made this program like no other.”

Sarah describes her shift over the eight weeks as close to a complete turnaround. Drinking water, getting her steps in, and skipping the food that used to be a daily habit are all just... normal now, woven into her day without a second thought.

Her self-talk has changed the most. After having her second child, she used to stand in front of the mirror and feel upset by what she saw. Now she’s proud of her body for growing two babies, and she’s made peace with not looking “perfect.”

Cutting out the bad snack food was a real struggle at first, but she doesn’t even miss it anymore, she makes good choices without thinking twice. And her relationship with movement has become more flexible: some days it’s a walk, other days it’s a bike ride with the kids, a home workout, or just a day of housework, and she’s learned that all of it counts.

In their words

Would you recommend the Lifestyle Reset Project
to your best friend?

We asked. Here is what they said.

“I would 100% recommend the Lifestyle Reset Project to a friend or family member, it has helped me in ways you will never know and had genuinely put me on such a positive track. You guys have helped me in more ways than I can even explain. I came back to footy and became a better teammate, friend, daughter, sister and someone who I am proud to be. I couldn’t thank you all enough.”

Tahlia Hall
Tahlia

“Yes I 100% would recommend the LRP to anyone and everyone! For me the biggest thing has been the shift in mindset from ‘this is how I should look’ to ‘I just want to feel my best and be healthy.’ The LRP coaches and community are so supportive, and I am so incredibly grateful I signed up. I have no regrets, only that I didn’t do it sooner.”

Abbish Wakefield
Abbish

“I absolutely would recommend it. It’s unlike any other ‘challenge’ or ‘fad’ out there. This is life-changing, and I would recommend it to everyone. I’d say it’s exactly in the title: it’s based on lifestyle, not workouts and food only, it’s a reset on your mindset, removing the toxicity we can feel from social media, society and especially ourselves, and it’s a project, but on ourselves. We deserve to love ourselves and always be making ourselves a priority.”

Amy Sayward
Amy

“100% yes! If what you’re wanting or needing is a community of like-minded women on the same journey to build healthy habits, this is it. The biggest thing that appealed to me about the LRP was that there’s no calorie counting, unlike 99% of other 8-week programs out there. That kept me engaged, because yes, I wanted to lose weight, but more than anything I wanted the program to help me build healthy habits.”

Lizzy Lawton
Lizzy

“I 100% would, without a doubt. I struggle to break bad habits, but this honestly changed my mindset on food, movement and how I see myself.”

Sarah West
Sarah

“Yes, it really did help me get my spark back and motivate me to do better and be the best version of myself.”

Why we start with goal setting

Week One, Mindset and Goal Setting

Everything starts here, on purpose.

Swipe →
1
Get clear first

Before we touch a single habit, we slow down and get clear. Clear on your mindset. Clear on your ideal life. Clear on the future version of you, the one you are building toward over these eight weeks. Clear on your goals, your habits, and what you actually want your life to feel like when you get there.

2
A real session, a guided workshop

In week one, you sit down with our team for a real goal setting session, and you take part in a guided ideal life workshop with our mindset coach, walking you through exactly what that life looks like for you, in detail, before you take a single step toward it.

3
Clarity turns into habits

We do this first because you cannot build toward somewhere you have not clearly pictured. Vague hopes do not turn into habits. Clarity does. Once you know exactly what you are moving toward, every habit, every small choice across the following seven weeks has somewhere to actually point.

4
Small, stacked, doable

This is also why we never ask you to overhaul your whole life on day one. Real, lasting change is never one big leap, it is small, honest, repeatable actions, stacked one on top of the other, week after week, until one day you look up and realise you have built an entirely different life without ever forcing your way through it. Every habit you build here starts small enough to feel completely doable, and grows only as fast as you are ready for it to.

5
A lifestyle, not a challenge

That is the whole philosophy behind the Lifestyle Reset Project. We are not chasing a perfect Monday, and we are not interested in starting over every time life gets messy. We are teaching you to keep moving through it. A missed day is not a failure, it is just a day. You do not go back to zero, you simply pick up exactly where you left off and keep going. That is what makes this a lifestyle, not a challenge, and it is why we spend the whole of week one making sure you know precisely where you are headed before we ask you to take your first step toward it.

A look inside your formula

Here’s what’s different this round. You’re not walking into an 8 week program hoping it works out. You’re walking in with an actual map from where you are now to where you want to be, one that adjusts to you.

You tell us your starting point and your goal. That’s it. The calculator does the rest, quietly breaking that gap into small, weekly steps so you’re never staring down the whole mountain at once. Week one feels doable. Week eight feels doable. Every week in between is just the next small step, not a leap.

No pressure to get there overnight. No look at how far you still have to go. Just, here’s this week’s step, you’ve got this.

It’s brand new for this round, built off what we learnt from the last one. Not every habit fits inside a number, and that’s by design. Some of this reset is about how you show up for yourself, and no formula can measure that. This tool is for the parts that do have a number, so you can spend your energy on the parts that matter more.

“I've fallen in love with food again in a healthy, sustainable way. I'm excited to try new things and most of all, I'm loving how I feel.”

Julia · Round 3

“When I started my weightloss journey I had 20kg as my goal and that would always be at my forefront. I don't say that anymore, I say I'm doing a lifestyle reset! I'm not fixated on if I should or shouldn't eat certain foods. Now I look back over the last 7 weeks, the changes are insane!”

Shara Lee Davies · Social Butterfly winner

“I feel I'm a lot kinder to myself and giving myself grace mentally. I learnt change doesn't happen overnight, it requires patience and consistency. It's a reset on your mindset, and it's a project, but on ourselves. We deserve to love ourselves and always be making ourselves a priority.”

Amy Sayward

“I used to stare in the mirror after having my second child and it would make me upset, now I'm proud of my body for growing 2 babies and understand I'm not going to look perfect and that's totally okay.”

Sarah West

“The biggest thing that appealed to me about the Lifestyle Reset Project was that there is no calorie counting, unlike almost every other eight week program out there. I wanted to build healthy habits more than anything.”

Lizzy Lawton

“My goal is no longer to lose weight or look better, but to feel better, be more active for my little ones, and to be the healthiest version of myself. I am also learning to love my body and the things it has achieved.”

Abbish Wakefield

“After following Danielle and DJMFit TikTok for years I was so hesitant to join. Week one I started trying foods I never would've touched before and learned that a colourful plate is a healthy plate. The community has absolutely blown me away.”

Julia · Round 3

“I made the chocolate and coconut protein bar from the recipe hub and has been amazing as a nice sweet treat when needed!”

Letitia Neumann

“Loved this simple chicken pita! The key is to add lots of flavour with spices - I added sumac, cumin, garlic and salt and pepper before cooking the chicken and then I added everything bagel seasoning to my cottage cheese. So yum!”

Ali Stadler

“Fruit and oat smoothie - my go-to breakfast on the plan so far! Such a quick and easy thing to drink in the mornings while juggling my toddler. I’ve been using Happy Whey Vanilla protein and adding my creatine in there too.”

Ali Stadler

“Upping weights consistently- feeling less guilty about listening to my body & saying no. Weight exactly the same but looking and feeling stronger.”

Hannah Francis

“I’m also not as puffed from simple tasks! Absolutely!! I haven’t got on the scales the whole time and I’m still noticing the difference.”

Jess Brennan

“Veg packed (zucchini, carrot, onion, capsicum & corn) lean beef mince ontop of spudlite potatoes topped with a lil sour cream & tasty cheese.”

Ashlee Patton

“My deconstructed burrito plate. Mexican rice, salad, taco meat, refried beans, guacamole and Greek yoghurt.”

Rachel Marie

“We made the peri peri chicken pizzas the other night & they were a hit! We used the Simsons pantry protein bases instead of leb bread & my husband said he’d prefer these over the normal pizzas bases we used to use & would happily have these as a Saturday night dinner once a week!”

Ashlee Patton

“The chicken mince stir fry is my fav - this may be the 3rd time I’ve had it this week.”

Samantha Lloyd

“Thank you all for the support yesterday, I’m going to keep doing what I’ve been doing and working towards my goals! I love this group and if it wasn’t for you girls yesterday, I would have thrown in the towel!”

Codi Hall

“I wasn’t really sure whether to feel happy or sad when I tried these jeans on. I spent $80 on them in my size, and now they’re way too big on me. Unfortunately, I can’t return them, but I guess that’s a good day for whoever ends up getting them!

Honestly though, I’m choosing to see this as a win. It shows that I’ve lost some centimetres, and that’s something I’m really proud of. It might seem small, but after a week that’s felt uncomfortable and challenging, I’ll happily take this little victory.”

Summer Courtney

“Had the realisation this morning that I am slowly becoming the person I want to be.

While I know I’m the one putting in the work and showing up each day I truly believe this wouldn’t have happened (at least not as fast) without DJM and the LRP which has changed my day to day life, the way I show up and without a doubt altered my brain and how I think about eating and moving my body!

THANK YOU! (From me and I’m sure many others) Because your dream has become my saving grace.”

Cody Louise

“Guess who wore a bikini in the pool today. This program has helped so much with my confident regarding my body - so thank you to the team and all beautiful humans in this group.”

Samantha Lloyd

“It really did help me get my spark back and motivate me to do better and be the best version of myself.”

Samantha Lloyd

“You guys have helped me in more ways than I can even explain. I came back to footy and became a better teammate, friend, daughter, and sister, someone I am proud to be.”

Tahlia Hall

“More water. Breakfast every single day. Moving her body. Choosing herself even when life got in the way. Quiet wins. Real change. No perfection required.”

Community, challenges and prizes

You are never doing this alone

You have thousands of women moving through the same reset, a buddy doing it alongside you, and a coach living in your chat. Every week brings a fresh challenge and giveaway tied to that week's habit, right through the eight weeks.

The 3 major prizes

This isn’t just an 8 week program. It’s an 8 week celebration, and at the end of it, three of you are walking away with something real.

Social Butterfly

For the woman who shows up for everyone else in the community. Lifting up every room she walks into, making this feel like home for someone else, not just herself.

Mindset Reset

For the quiet, daily work. The one who kept choosing the reset even when it wasn’t loud or easy, the one whose self talk shifted the most over the eight weeks.

Community Champion

For the one who showed up, cheered the loudest, and led with heart, again and again, even on the weeks that were hard.

Each winner walks away with three months of one on one coaching and a wellness box. Not because you were the fastest or the most disciplined. Because of how you showed up.

Weekly giveaways and challenges

Every week has its own moment. A challenge tied to that week’s spotlight, a small prize, a reason to check in and see what everyone else in the group is doing. Little wins along the way, not just one big finish line at Week 8.

This is where the real magic happens, the small stuff. Someone sharing their walk stats, the meal they tried, their high and low for the week. That’s the DJM girlies showing up for each other.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What if I fall behind or miss a week? +

You keep moving through. If your kid gets sick or life gets loud, we do not want you starting again, we want you picking up exactly where you left off. This is your new lifestyle, nothing resets when life happens, we just adapt around it. Your coach is there to help you restructure the week if something comes up.

Can I do this if I'm pregnant or postpartum? +

If you are currently pregnant, it is not recommended to start something new, so we would say hold off. If you are postpartum and have received clearance from your doctor to return to movement, this is absolutely something you can do.

Is this breastfeeding friendly? +

Yes. We have a women's health dietitian who focuses specifically on nutrition around breastfeeding, and your coach is there to help you shape the eight weeks around it too. It is always worth a chat with your GP or healthcare professional before starting anything new, especially while breastfeeding.

Our biggest focus for breastfeeding mums is making sure you are hitting enough water and getting enough food to support your milk supply. We have videos inside the app covering breastfeeding, breastfeeding friendly snacks, and how much water to aim for, along with education around postpartum training, movement, nutrition, and hydration more broadly.

Can I do this with PCOS, endometriosis, or another health condition? +

Yes. It is always worth chatting with your GP or healthcare professional before starting anything new, but we have a women's health dietitian with education across PCOS, endometriosis, and other health conditions to support you along the way.

Do I need gym equipment, or can I do this entirely at home? +

You can do this entirely at home, or use the gym, or switch to a gym program partway through if you decide to sign up somewhere. Everything adapts to you and your life. A set of dumbbells is handy if you have them, and if you don't, household objects work just as well.

I've tried programs like this before and it hasn't worked. Why would this be different? +

This is the opposite of every program that has not worked for you before. No pressure, no strictness. We teach you how to eat, not how to diet, and how to move to feel good, not as punishment. We are building a life you do not need a break from.

Is there calorie counting involved? +

No, and we do not recommend counting calories at all. If you cannot see yourself counting calories every day for the rest of your life, we do not want you adding it in. We do track progress, movement, and food inside the app so your coach can give you feedback and guide your next steps, but if daily tracking is not for you, staying honest in your fortnightly check ins is enough.

Can I cancel if it's not right for me? When and how? +

The eight weeks is a locked in commitment, so you will need to complete the program itself. After your eight weeks are done, you are free to cancel any time by emailing support.

What happens after the eight weeks? +

Nothing happens automatically. Our goal is to send you into the outside world with everything you need. Some women like to keep honing in on specific goals with one on one coaching, others love the structure of our meal plans and workouts and stay on as self led members.

Is this suitable for beginners who haven't worked out in a long time? +

Yes, absolutely. You have a coach to lean on, how to guides for every movement, and education throughout so you understand why you are doing things, not just what to do. We meet you exactly where you are at.

Will the meal plan work for my family, not just me? +

Your meal plan is personalised to you and your goals, and your shopping list adjusts to however many people you are cooking for. We also have family friendly options built in.

What if I can't make the live welcome session or the workshop? +

No problem, both are recorded and stay inside the app for you to rewatch any time.

Is there an age range for the Lifestyle Reset Project? +

You do need to be 18 or over to join. There is no upper age limit, we meet you at whatever stage of life you are in.

How much support do I actually get, compared to just app access? +

You get the whole community of thousands of women doing this alongside you, weekly challenges, a buddy, and a one on one coach living in the chat feature of the app, who you can message any time and who reaches out to help keep you accountable. You also get fortnightly check ins based on your goals, with adjustments made as needed. App only access does not include one on one coach support, that is the key difference.

I'm on a tight budget, is there a payment plan? +

Yes, our weekly plan is $59.95 per week. Your first payment comes out the day you sign up, and then nothing more until the program starts, after which it runs weekly. You will need to cancel after your eight weeks are complete.

Do I need to weigh myself or track measurements? +

No, you do not need to. If changing the way your body looks is one of your personal goals, having a way to track that can help, but nothing here requires you to do anything that does not feel comfortable for you.

“I have been trying to prioritise time for me and I feel like this is a good start. Here's to being better.”
